Szeklerland
Szeklerland, in today’s sense consists of Covasna and Harghita county and a part of Mures county. Of course, we are interested mainly about its tourism targets and less about the region's history. And believe me, there are a lot of sights to see. The feature of this country, inhabited mainly by Hungarians, are the basins surrounded by woody highlands, villages hiding in secluded valleys, where the pine woods come down until the edge of the settlements. The sights of the region, wedged into the Carpathian bend and in the ring of the eastern Carpathians, are really diversified.
Kingsland
The triangle areas of Brasov – Sighisoara – Sibiu play a leading role from tourism point of view. The notorious Törcsvári (Bran – Dracula) castle means little proportion of this. This country inhabited by Saxons mainly, is the place where many built treasure has remained and today this attracts most of the visitors.
Breadfield
I think the name, especially Breadfield, requires some explanation. More exactly, it is the name of the area between Szászsebes and Szászváros. This country is attached to the basin of Hateg, for this reason I treat them as one region.
Aranyos seat
Arriving to Aranyos Seat, I always have the feeling that it is impossible to get to every worthy destination. The density and variety of natural and architectural spectacles is typical of this landscape and I must admit that I haven’t been able to get everywhere so far.
