Trekking tour to Piatra Craiului Mountains

we will start from Plaiul Foii chalet, with a fantastic panoramic view over the western part of the mountain. After cca 1-1,5h we will reach the Spirlea refuge. From here (after another short ascent, we will start the beautiful cross under the mighty limestone cliffs, right at the edge of the forest line. We will cross the Big Scree and we will take a break at the Stanciului cave, with a big chance to see the chamois. On our way back we can take the same route, or to take a detour for a better view over the whole mountain.
